Bonjour.
Today was kind of a crappy day because I had an art history exam and I felt quite ill for it, but it was also a good day because it was sunny and I didn't have to wear a jacket. If I had to rate it out of ten I would give it a four and three quarters. That's enough of fractions, let move on to art! I just finished my photography class yesterday and in honor of that I am going to show the world what I have taken pictures of (exciting, I know).
Yes, you're right, it is rotten strawberries and an apple core! I'm also going to classify this as an obsession, even if I might call it more of an interest, but I just love fruit photography! I love when a it's completely staged and the colours are all pastel and lovely. That's what my original plan for this assignment was, but then I thought that this was more interesting and also I was hungry so I ate the apple.
I printed these photos onto 13x19 paper and they look really cool actually, but I feel weird hanging them on my wall. I did put up the apple core though. Oh! I also finished my video art project, but that one can't be uploaded because it requires eight screens to play it on (also it's kinda embarrassing).
Anyways, that's all I have to say in this post.

Pushing Up Daisies and Other Stuff
Bonjour.
Lately I have been watching a little show called "Pushing Up Daisies" and I LOVE IT. It stars the lovely Lee Pace (who plays Thranduil, which you already knew) and he is a pie maker who can wake the dead. The show is so weird and colourful and slightly morbid. It is a great combination. It seems like it was made for me. Sadly it only has two seasons :'( and I am almost done the second season. I haven't done an actual drawing for this because lately I haven't liked anything I have drawn so I am just going to post some pages from my sketchbook in which I reference the show.
In other news I am going to dye my hair red which should be interesting. I'm also listening to a playlist of Chromeo, Capital Cities, Vampire Weekend and MGMT so I'm feeling pretty funky. Which also reminds me of this picture I saw of the drums from an Arctic Monkeys show that said "THE FUNK MIGHT FRACTURE YOUR NOSE" and I just love that line so much. I will have to find a way to use it in my life.
I hope you sleep well tonight.

Photos for photo class (hooray)
Hello there.
I am going to expand my blog to include things that I have been doing because, hey, it's my blog and I can do what ever the frack I want. I make the rules! Yeah! So with that in mind I am going to share some photos that I have taken for my photography class. They are not the best, but I do find a few of them to be semi-pleasing to the eye and that's all anyone really wants in this world, right? Blogging at 3:54 in the morning is great...
I took these in two spots in Toronto. Around Bloor Street and around Kensington Market. That's where all the hip, young folks go. I even went into a record store.
So those are some of the gems I came up with. I'm quite happy with the last picture. I must admit.

A Collection
Hell-ooo.
As I have said before, I have a lot of love for t-shirts. As a result of this I have quite a few t-shirts. I decided to take pictures of them instead of drawing them because I am lazy and I have a new camera that I don't really know how to use.
Yes, they are mostly band shirts... :)
That's all folks.
T-Shirt list:
